I had a maintenance issue on a holiday i reported it and they responded very quickly and had someone out to fix the issue not long after they responded. I'm most impressed with the communication I receive from Ad Astra, it is open and honest and they don't shy away from working with me on bad info. Not everything is going to be perfect in real estate, and bad info usually doesn't get better with age. They take a caring and proactive approach to my tenants, and also me.
